The weekly

Hey all, Yea, you weren't wrong, I was pretty excited to see the news! It's cool to see what the team has become. Wish I could see some of the games! I miss my polo. ( His former water polo team beat their rival for the first time ever last weekend.) Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOO! Hope you had a good one. Sounds like you got a pretty good gift!  And Saints ! Holy cow, I loved it. It wasn't an early release for missionaries. They would release a chapter a month with the Ensign up until the 7th, and then they released the whole book. And then they still released the whole book a day early on the Gospel Library app, so I gotta keep reading it there. I read the whole thing already, I did it pretty fast. I don't know if I have a favorite part, but I really liked how much of Joseph Smith it shows. It really shows that he was human too, which I think helps me see him more accurately.  The week was a pretty good one. We had district meeting in Presque Ile, which brou

Q & A

Questions we asked this week: Ainsley says, "Does he still remember us?" haha What are the highlights of your week? What are your insights on ministering? What's the schedule coming up, so we can be aware? How was the conference with Elder Haynie? Why haven't you sent any photos lately?????? Hey all, It's been a busy week again, LOTS of travel. We went down to Halifax on Wednesday, stayed in Moncton for the night, and had Zone Conference on Thursday. So we were out of town for quite a while, but they were pretty good meetings.  First, MLC. We didn't do a lot, we pretty much told Elder Haynie what our mission was like so he could know what to do and say for the conferences. He was super suprised at how obedient our mission was. He kept asking if there were little groups of Elders who would heckle, or be disobedient, etc... and he was amazed at how that's not a problem. He was also pretty impressed by how hard working our mission was. We

Wish I had creative titles

Hey all,  Sorry about that confusion. I guess I kinda forgot to mention that my P-day wasn't changing this time. Also, the two weeks after transfers isn't a hard rule like it was with President Pratt. President Low has done some changes with the schedule a bit, but I don't know if they will last forever. This transfer was different because Elder Haynie was visiting, so he picked out the days and everything.  This week has been pretty busy, but it's also been pretty cool, learned some good things.  On Wednesday we normally have district meeting, but it got moved to Friday because President Low was coming to our district meeting, and moved it then. So instead we had a lot more time open for us, which was pretty good and needed, as we have tried to do a comp study with every companionship in our Zone this week, so we were able to work with three of them Wednesday. We have been talking to people about how to counsel, and principles of it. That was one thing

Another week!

Hey, So like I said, I'm in Fredericton now. It's a good sized ward for New Brunswick, but I got a reminder on Sunday how that's still quite a bit smaller than wards around the world. This woman was visiting from Alberta, and bore her testimony in fast and testimony meeting, and she started out saying how she was grateful for the "branch" and its testimonies. Most of the members are pretty cool. There's the most young families I've ever seen here. A lot of the members are very funny too! We just got a new ward mission leader, he's from the Phillipines, and he's super awesome. He's been doing a lot of work to increase the members desire and expectation to share the gospel. I really hope I can see a lot of that growth change the ward. We only have one investigator right now, Jacob, an 11 year old son of a less active, who we're working with to reactivate. He's pretty excited about it, but he didn't come to church this Sund
