SORRY!!!

Hey mom,

Sorry, I did another video, but I guess it didn't send. You were right, because we were at the zoo, we didn't have time to write.

How was your past couple of weeks? Who are you teaching now and how is it going?
My last couple weeks were pretty good. It's been a lot of work, but I've been enjoying it. We have been out finding a lot. We are only teaching one person right now, Wendy. She was out of town for the last two Sundays, but she seems to enjoy meeting with us. I hope she is actually interested in continuing.

Have you kept in touch with people (members, investigators, missionaries) from previous areas?
I have kept in contact with a few people. Rachelle, the Dyvrandes. I'll keep in contact with a few people from here too. All of my companions have been awesome, and I've kept pretty good contact with them.

What are you most grateful for after one year on your mission?
It's very hard to say what I'm most grateful for. There's been a lot of things. Warm clothes during the winter. Good friends. The spirit. But probably the thing I'm most greatful for is the Book of Mormon. I've really seen how important it is in my life. It has brought me a lot of comfort.

What is the craziest experience you've had? The best experience?
I've had some pretty crazy things happen, I doubt I could even pick one! But probably the best thing that has happened to me is being a part of the Dyvrandes sealing.

Love you!

Transfers!!!

Hello!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ellie!!!!! I hope you had a great one!  So yes, I got transfered!! I'm going to Fredericton with Elder Olsen. We're going to be zone leaders, and I'm super excited!! Elder Olsen is one of my favorite elders, so we're going to be having a great time! They closed down Dieppe, so there are only two French areas now, Edmundston and Bathurst. Elder Smith went to Bathurst. The French areas are in New Brunswick, but the majority of the areas are English (like mine).  I had a pretty good week. Deji got baptized!!!!! It was so, so cool. I was one of the elders who found him, and I had a chance to teach him on exchanges. Then Sunday was really good too.  I'm doing really good health wise! I've had no problems. We found someone pretty cool. Her name is Monica, we found her through Facebook. We're going to teach her again tonight.  I liked going to the zoo a lot. We have played Settlers of Catan a lot together, except it...

Yes, it was Zone Conference

Salut tout le monde! Sorry that I didn't send that schedule again. I'm surprised they don't post that on the facebook page for all the parents. It's hard for me to remember that when you're not living your life 6 weeks at a time you don't normally keep track of when "week 2" is, so I'm sorry. I'll try to make sure to say in the email the week before anything like that happens.  I'm glad that you had a good week. Women's conference sounds like it was pretty nice. I know what you mean when you talked about having very crazy weeks! Also, I'm super jealous of being able to go see Avengers, even if the ending was bad. I keep seeing posters for it everywhere, and I'm pretty curious as how they made the whole connection to Guardians. But I guess I'll find out in 450ish days. (That gives me chills, agh!) I'm looking forward to  Sunday  too! You guys have church at 10 right? There is a  ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ >...

Halifax Burger Week

Hey all, Wow, super stoked for Boo’s call! You should forward the email to me and let me find out where he's going today before Boo sees it. I promise I won’t tell. :) I didn’t see those photos or anything because the mission is doing a social media fast, so we’ve been off Facebook and Instagram, and won’t get back on till Friday, so I won’t see anything on there for a while. I really hope you get a good mission president too, literally having had President Pratt and President Low have been SO incredible. Both have taught me so much, and are so obedient. It makes such a big difference. I hope you get a good obedient mission Boo. It literally makes such a big difference on your mission experience. I remember when I opened my call I was a little excited to go to the CHM, but I was also a little bit disappointed, cause I wanted to go to some place in Africa or something where you baptize 120 people a week, but since I came here I’ve seen how much better off I have it than all of ...
